This creative expression workshop is an experiential and interactive journey for living a creative life with clarity & productivity.

There are times when we struggle to get out of our minds and let the process take over.  This causes us to second guess ourselves as a writer. Thoughts keep cluttering the mind  for the creative flow to happen you need to empty & still the mind.
